A Little Girl Named Shakira: Throwback Video Shows Supersta (VIDEO)
Shakira might be hitting one of the largest stages this weekend at the World Cup, but a throwback video from her preteen years shows the talent that has taken her to the best stages around the world.
Superstar is singing in a contest at her school in Barranquilla. According to the video time stamp, it was taped on Sept. 10, 1988, when Shakira was 12 years old.
